I have some great natural product suggestions for you to try! Not only do I love these products because they work. I love them because they drastically limit the number of chemicals my family is exposed to. Win-Win in my book!
I have found this body wash that is moisturizing and smells great. They have a variety of different scents. They all smell great, but I haven’t found one that is overpowering. It’s also extremely affordable and it lasts our family of 5 over a month. This body wash is a plant based product that is free from sulfates, parabens, yes, gluten phthalates, propylene glycol. One thing to note is that I have hard water and it suds up great!!
I’ve tried a bunch of natural deodorants. It feels like finding one that works is an uphill battle! Oh top of that it’s a challenge to find one that doesn’t leave stains on your shirt or one that doesn’t irritate your skin. This one checks all the right boxes for me. I have used it while working out and in 90 degree weather and haven’t had an issue at all with it not working, irritating my skin, or leaving stains on my shirt. It’s free from free of aluminum, parabens, silicones, phthalates, and artificial fragrances and colors.
When trying different plant-based dish soaps I noticed that most are terrible at cutting crease. This one actually works really well. It has a light scent and cleans dishes wonderfully. It is free of sulfates, triclosan, parabens, phosphates, SLS, SLES, MEA, DEA, TEA, animal by-products, petrochemicals, dyes, or caustics.
This is now what I order because it’s in bulk, it saves money, and saves waste. This is the little dish soap container I use to put my dish soap in so it looks cute on my counter. It also makes it easy to dispense more dish soap on my sponge.
I have spoken about this conditioner before. It’s featured in my post called Must-Have Products for All Hair Types. Anyways, this leave-in conditioner is amazing on all hair types and controls frizz. It helps with moisture and I use it as a detangler too. It’s free of sulfates, parabens, dyes, gluten, phthalates, and propylene glycol.
There are many good coconut oils out there. When purchasing one make sure it’s organic, unrefined and cold-pressed. Coconut oil is a staple in our home. We have used it on our dogs, on scratches, as hair masks, as a lotion, on rashes, even as a diaper “cream.” You can even use coconut oil to cook with and it’s healthy for dogs to eat! Seriously there are so many amazing benefits of this amazing oil.
I’m always looking for new products to try. What products do you love that have minimal harmful chemicals?
